Sherifa Abudulai is thrilled to work with the Alternative Theater Company again! Sherifa just finished her third year at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where she studies Drama. Before moving to New York, Sherifa heavily worked with the Alliance Theatre, the famed regional theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. She would love to give a special thanks to her family and friends for their never-ending support and love! Another special thanks to The Alternative Theater Company for making this a possibility!

Stephanie Brumsey is a New York native who is a journalist by day and an actor by night.

Previous roles include Sarah in Ragtime, Paola (Pablo) in Sister Act,  Cabaret, Pippin and West Side Story. 

She last appeared with TATCO as Imani in Invisibility and the Gatekeeper in The Pearly Gates.

Emily Cordes is an NYC-based stage, film, and new media actress. Previous Alternative Theatre Company roles include Agnes in The Pearly Gates (May 2020 BelieveAbility Staged Reading) and Amanda's Attorney in The Proceedings (The #MeToo Plays, 2018). Other recent roles include Cookie in Computer Dating (Genoveva Productions), and Tess in Sam Did Something  (Patch Works). She is currently developing So Sad, So Sexy, a devised play about the fetishization of mentally ill women.

Russ Cusick (AEA, SAG/AFTRA) appeared in the Alternative Theater Company’s May Reading of When I Dream (which he also wrote) and Family Secrets.  Other credits: Mr. Y in Faculty Portrait at IRT, John Dickinson in 1776 at MST&DA, Joe in Into the Arms (as part of Altered Minds) for the Alternative Theater Company, Scott in Comfort Zones at the Kraine Theatre, and the Constable in Henry V at ATA.  Upcoming: Russ will be playing Admetus in Magis Theatre Company’s production of Thornton Wilder’s, The Alcestiad, June 2021.

Bowie Dunwoody is a New York based actor, artist, and the Director of Social Media for the Shakespeare Forum. They often work with LGBTQ+ playwrights and artists to produce new plays and art that is inclusive and innovative. They have trained with Barbara Rubin, Maxon Davis, Jim Warren, Rob Clare, and several other brilliant teachers that have instilled a sense of joy, openness, and kindness in the work they do. Tina Duong can be seen starring in the recently premiered, Love Can’t Be Locked Down, about finding love during the pandemic.  Upcoming in 2021, she is slated as the female lead for Another Love Story. Favorite role, Ti Moune in Once on this Island. Tina thrives on challenging herself, and thanks TATCO for the opportunity to explore characters: Miranda and Sylvia!

Jennifer Fouché  is an ensemble member of New York’s critically acclaimed Amoralists Theatre Company, a former member of the Flea Theatre's resident ensemble,The Bats and is a member The Broadway Inspirational Voices. Some of her credits include: CHICAGO (Broadway National Tour), Chicken and Biscuits (Queens Theatre), Sistas The Musical (Original Off B'Way Cast), Babes In Toyland (Lincoln Center) Half Me Half You (Original Off West End Cast & Original New York Cast), Henry Box Brown (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), Better Than Yellow,  48 Hours In Harlem Play Festival, Hamlet (Shakespeare In Bryant Park). Some TV credits include: Wu Tang: An American Saga, Jessica Jones, Quantico, SMASH, The Mysteries of Laura, Person of Interest. Jennifer is a recurring character on the PBS animated series, Pinkalicious & Peteriffic. Some film credits include: Crown Heights, Judy's Child and White Picket Fence.

Lynnette is a Jamaican-African-American actress, dancer, writer, teaching artist, And Voice Over Artist raised in East Cleveland, OH, based in NYC. Brown/Trinity MFA ; Member of Ensemble Studio Theatre, and The League of Professional Theatre Women. She has performed in theaters all over the US. Favorite previous roles have included Charlotte in The White Card,  Camae in The Mountaintop, God in An Act Of God , Georgia Dawson  in Travisville, Lydia Namandu in Human Rites, Letitia in On The Outs, Ruth in A Raisin in the Sun, among others. She is also a VoiceOver artist and Audiobook narrator who you can find on any Audiobook platform. Lynnette believes in the divine and healing power of storytelling. Erinn Holmes recently appeared in The Alternative Theater Company’s first BelieveAbility reading, in Russell Nichols’ Invisibility (dir. Judy Dodd).  Other recent projects include the short films Nesting (Radiovisor), Jump (Cardboard Llama), and Water Melts (2019 Tribeca Film Festival, producer Tingerine Liu); web series Naysayer (Narrative Creep); TV pilot Franklin Street Station (Marabella Entertainment & Education); and the play Catapult! Rhaamell, also know as Mell, is very excited to be a part of this project. Outside of performing, Mell enjoys hanging with his best friend who just so happens to be his cat and unraveling the mysteries of the universe. Something that keeps his spirits up is going to Times Square and looking and the marquees.

Latonia Phipps is an actress, playwright, and minister and hails from Brooklyn, NY. Credits include: Measure for Measure at The Public Theater, Dominique Morrisseau’s Autumn's Harvest at Lincoln Center, Katori Hall’s Children of Killers at Castillo Theater. She has also worked with Theater Row, Signature Theater, Arena Stages, The Negro Ensemble and The Cherry Lane Theater. And starred in and developed the Ivanka Play, a solo play by Charles Gershman where she played Ivanka Trump.



Jeff Prewitt is an actor originally from Houston, Texas, who has worked both regionally and Off-Broadway. He received his BFA in Theatre Arts from Ole Miss, and has worked most recently with NSPF, winning Best Actor-Comedy for his role in Super Babies in 2019. He enjoys moonlighting as a singer-songwriter and is thrilled to be working with the wonderful folks at ATC. Proud member AEA.

Since childhood, Jared Scheinberg has loved to perform. Most recently he completed a short film he wrote entitled Shoot First. He also has performed stand-up comedy throughout NYC in such venues as The Stand and Eastville Comedy Club. Further, he was featured in the comedy web series The Clinic. Jared is grateful to be a part of The Alternative Theater Company’s BelieveAbility play reading series.

Ra’Chelni M. “Ra” Weir II is grateful to be a part of another Alternative Theatre Company production.  He was last seen in TATCO’s reading of Warpaholic’s Anonymous, as Judge Turpin in Sweeney Todd and as Jim in Big River.  Ra can usually be found being a computer nerd or goofball somewhere within the city.  He would like to thank the many people who entered his life and had a profound impact (that's everyone!)

Samantha Wendorf is an actress based in NYC.  Recent credits include: FBI (CBS Television); Elizabeth Proctor, The Crucible (NYC). Virtually, Samantha portrayed Lady Capulet in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet for the UK-based online theatre company, The Show Must Go Online. A native New Yorker who received a BS in Broadcast Journalism and Acting from The City University of New York. Samantha has also studied at T. Schreiber Studio and William Esper Studio in NYC.
